PRICING
All prices quoted are in Australia dollars and include 10% (Good and Services Tax). All products purchased and shipped outside Australia are less GST (Tax Free).

PRICING GUARANTEE
Ozrods has the lowest prices on blanks, components and tools in Australia. We guarantee our prices will never be beaten on the products we stock. If you ever see a product with a lower advertised price within Australia we will happily beat that price guaranteed (excludes closeouts, clearance and wholesale prices).

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Customer satisfaction is our main priority at Ozrods. If you are in any way dissatisfied with out service or a product you have received please let us know and we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. On products we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and we will happily refund or exchange any items as long as they are returned unused and in a saleable condition.

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product please return it to our delivery address within 30 days from the date of purchase indicated on the tax invoice. Before making a return please contact us for a return authority form. Returned products must be in an unused and saleable condition and include wrapping, instructions etc. Products returned after 30 days from the date of invoice will incur a 10% restocking fee. Products that have been specially ordered and not a regular stocked product or have been manufactured to special specifications can not be returned.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Ozrods will offer a full refund or exchange including shipping if:
1.    The product is faulty or damaged
2.    The product does not do what is was advertised to do
3.    We have sent the wrong product etc.
Ozrods will offer a full refund or exchange excluding shipping if:
1.    You have ordered the wrong product
2.    You have changed your mind
3.    You do not want the product etc

The way a product is refunded will depend on how the product was purchased i.e. If the product was paid for by credit card the refund will be issued on the same credit card. If the product was paid for by cash a cash refund will be issued. If a product is exchanged for another of lesser value we will:
1.    Refund the difference depending how the original product was paid for (i.e. If the original product was paid for by credit card the refund will be issued on the same credit card etc)
2.    Offer the refund in the way of a store credit to be used to purchase other products.
If a product is exchanged for another of higher value you can pay the difference using anyone of our payment options i.e. cash, credit card, direct deposit etc.

PRIVACY 
Your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information we collect about you when you become a member is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site. We have implemented many security policies and conditions to help protect your confidential information.

Ozrod's will NOT share data with anyone and will only be used by us to help us process your order and notify you of future promotions and products.

Your name and address information is used solely to process orders and this information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfilment.

Your demographic information (gender, date of birth, address etc.) will be used for several security purposes, to ensure you are who you say you are and in fact you are paying with your credit cards and not someone using your stolen credit cards.

SECURITY
Ozrod's has taken the necessary steps to ensure your sensitive information is kept private and secure.  Our web site has the following key security measure:

128/256 bit SSL encryption when using the online store and logon areas. This website has been guaranteed secure with Geotrust which has been displayed on the home page for your comfort.

Our database does not store your banking details such as Visa and MasterCard. The information is verified using our Westpac secure payment gateway. Anytime your credit card is used other then through our website (by phone) your credit card details are destroyed immediately after payment is received.

SHIPPING AND PACKAGING
Ozrods has some of the best shipping rates options available. We use a number of quality freight companies and carries in Australia. They are Australia Post, Startrack Express, DHL, Followmont, TNT and Australia Air Express.

Depending on the size, weight, shipping option and where you want your order delivered will depend on what company we use. All ground (road) freight will be shipped express most small items up to 1KG (i.e. guides, tops, spools of thread) will be shipped through the post or overnight air freight depending which option your choose. Medium size items up to 3KG (i.e. grips, reel seats etc) will be shipped post, express ground (road) freight or overnight air freight depending on which option you choose. Larger items up to 5KG (i.e. multiple small and medium items etc) will be shipped express ground (road) freight or overnight air freight depending on which option you choose. Large and oversize items over 5KG (i.e. blanks, rod lathes, multiple small and medium items etc) will be shipped express ground (road) freight. Please note: To receive an overnight shipment the next day your order has to be placed before 12:00pm noon eastern standard time. In Western Australia, Tasmania and some regional and rural areas overnight air freight can sometimes up to 2 days for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Blanks up to 8 feet (2.4 meters) long can be shipped overnight air freight but will incur a surcharge. The price for the shipping of 1 blank remains the same for up to 10 blanks shipped in the same order.
All blanks will be shipped in a reusable PVC plumbers pipe with end caps to help cover the cost of packaging your blank/s in the PVC pipe will be charged $1.00 inc GST per 1 foot (30CM) only if the order for your blank/s does not exceed $200.00 inc GST. I.e. if you order a 6 foot blank/s and the total is under $200.00 inc GST you will be charged $6.00 inc GST to help cover the cost of PVC pipe your blank will be shipped in. If you order a blank/s and the total is over $200.00 inc GST (for the blanks) you will not be charged for the packaging of the blank/s in the PVC pipe.

When receiving a shipped order we ask you to make a visual inspection of the carton, box, jiffy bag etc before signing the delivery docket and if the carton, box, jiffy bag etc looks to have sustained damage or looks suspect we ask that you mark the delivery docket “Damage S.T.C” (Subject to Check) when signing for the delivery we package all shipping orders with as must protection as possible but if you do receive a damaged item, wrong item, short supply etc we ask you to notify us within 24hours of receiving your order, so we can dispatch a replacement as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: That unless we know you all overseas orders must be paid for by electronic transfer, no order can be shipped to a post office box inside Australia or overseas. Orders paid for by paypal must ship to the registered address of the paypal account. We can not ship to a third party address unless we can verify the address. Customers are responsible the have someone at the delivery address. If delivery can not be made the shipment will be available for collection at the freight company depot nearest to the delivery address and ID may be required.

PLEASE NOTE: Ozrod’s does not believe in making money on shipping, packaging or insurance and we will only charge you what it costs us. If you have an account with a carrier or freight company you are most welcome to use them.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do use your own method of shipping it will be at your own risk and you will only be insured if you have paid the 2% of the invoice total to us.

SHIPPING RATES

Large shipment over 5KG's - express ground freight - You will be quoted a price when your order is packaged and ready to ship

Large and oversized items - express ground freight - You will be quoted a price when your order is packaged and ready to ship

INSURANCE
Ozrod’s is the holder of a large shipping insurance policy. Insurance is now compulsory on all orders shipped from us and will be charged at 2% inc GST of the total invoiced price i.e. a $100.00 order will be charged $2.00 inc GST for shipping insurance, a $250.00 order will be charged $5.00 inc GST for shipping insurance, a $500.00 order will be changed $10.00 inc GST for shipping insurance.
Orders will never be changed more than 2% inc GST and for orders over $500.00 the most that will be charged is $10.00 inc GST. 2% inc GST is a good rate for shipping insurance and is for your piece of mind as well as ours and in the unlikely event that an order goes missing or is delivered damaged another replacement order will be dispatched immediately free of charge.
The excess on a freight insurance claim will be the responsibility and paid for by Ozrods.
